Project for 3D Animations /3ds/Maya
This project will require the production of 3D models of a male and female child (10 years old) for a teaching aid. One possible application of our product could be to teach children Kung Fu. 3D animations in the range of 20-35 individual movements - for example standing positions, seated positions etc, will be required. A video will be supplied of each movement for reference. Some simple camera panning may also be needed to show the full scope of the position. In order to bring attention to a particular detail some animations may require 1-2 PiPs (picture in picture). Most of the work is quite simple for a professional, especially in regards to camera panning and PiPs. From a previous project we already have many of the movements and character rigs. However these will require editing and modifying as neccessary for our new character designs.
What we would like for the end user to be able to do is select from a list of 5 world famous locations. What we anticipate doing is having a short video introduction of the location, for example it maybe a famous building. The scene would than fade out and our character would be inside doing the animated movements. In terms of rendering we wouldnt need much rendered of the building as we will have pre-set images. What will need to be rendered however is a small portion of the inside where the character will stand and perform the movements we require.
Additionally we require 5 short (up to 15 secs) animations of our characters undertaking various activities, from playing soccer, to cooking and others to be disclosed.
We have examples of the style of characters we will require.
Now please read the following before bidding;
This job requires VERY STRICT attention to detail. As it will be used as a tutorial therefore we have to have the movements we require animated precisely.
Preference will be given to Chinese, South American bidders with a excellent command of the English language.
Generally speaking the style we are going for with the animations will appeal to the age group 8+ therefore they must be fresh vibrant and appealing to children.
When bidding please provide examples of past work/portfolios.

The entire environment will be rotating automatically, but the user should be able to alter the speed and direction of the rotation, possibly the axis as well. Rotation should stop when an object is hovered on, then start back up when no longer hovered.
The ability to zoom in and out would be a nice effect, though not entirely necessary.

3d studio max modelling and rendering
nder a few scenes with the different lighting. the condo model has 4 rooms but just need to render living room

3D Animation Production

but with the subject being a seawall which would be rendered like attached jpg of 3D model. Flow of water under the seawall like non 3d jpg is key animation / movement segment.
The length of the video would likely be around 4 minutes and have 8-10 scenes in story board.
I will provide full storyboard prior to paying milestone but need to know approximate budget first.

Need 2D Character to be Modelled into 3D for Animating
t need to strictly follow reference picture, but proportions have to be similar, and overall look has to be stylized and cartoony. Hair and fur may be done using polygons or dynamics, but if dynamics are used, software is limited to Autodesk Maya 2009 and above (no third-party plugins).
