Adaptation of 3ds Max model
Required skills: 3D Animation, 3D Modelling, 3D Rendering
We recieved a 3ds Max model from an architect and it is too detailed (way too many polygones and objects) for our needs.
Thus the model has either to be emptied of all the objects (or at least of most of the objects) or to be rebuilt with only very few objects in it. Also textures must be added and baked. The final model still has to be in 3ds Max.
The goal is to be able to upload the model into the Nova Software (http://www.vertice.fr/) to turn it into an interactive 3d model.

I am looking for a 3ds max model mesh to be created exactly like the image attached. It should include all the lighting effects, wrinkles, hand folds etc.,
Please provide prior work samples in model mesh creation. you should have a very good knowledge of 3ds Max.

Mood Lighting an architecture model in 3Ds Max
I need somebody who can quickly download existing 3ds max model and light the object in a moody and stylish fashion.
Five different lighting setups are required on separate layers, to be completed within 48 hours of receiving the job.
Please send at least 10 images of your best lighting setups in 3ds max.

I have an AutoCAD 3d model (wireframe) that needs to be made into simple masses in revit and the taken into 3ds and create simple roads and surfaces similar to the attached jpeg.
The timeframe is 1 day
The deliverable will be a Revit (rvt) file and 3ds max model.

Render existing model in 3ds max and generate still Image

and render exactly what we see in the attached photo with the same lighting and provide a very hi-resolution still from the same angle. We will supply the file.
There is scope for more animation of this object in the future but for now it's just the still image we need. Ultimately I want someone to work with who can animate a simple man in a suit walking and standing and interacting with this beer glass.

small 3ds max project : living room and exterior of a house
exterior design with 3ds max with attached image references .
Prerequisites: Modelling,Texturing and Lighting of both designs.
Interior design must be done to that of living room inside of a home.Exterior design of homes like the attached.
This is a college project so an amateurish look is fine. I am looking for fastest delivery and the bidder will have to make changes to the delivered design from the feedback I will provide.

Export 3DS Max to Chief Architect
bj and .3ds files from 3DS Max, but was not able to import them into CA.
I need detailed instructions on how to properly export and import my models into CA. Remember that I will need to import 20-30 objects into CA...so memory could become an issue, but I don't know. I'm using Chief Architect X4 (64bit), Intel i7 quad, 12 GB Ram, Nvidia graphics card.
Attached are three models and renderings of what it should look like.

Update and Enhance 3ds Max rendering
i am looking to develop and enhance an existing 3ds max rendering (see attached) of an existing building.
the end result should be an enhanced version of the png that i have attached.
we will have to update the rendering with more details as we progress.
we will provide the actual pictures of the details (of the actual building) that we are trying to replicate.
