Porting a CakePHP app over to Ruby on Rails

We are looking for a talented Ruby on Rails developer or group of developers that are able to port a half developed CakePHP app over to Rails and to support ongoing development for this app.
The project will require a professional developer who can communicate effectively with the project stakeholders and produce clean code that follows rails conventions. We prefer a strong collaborative relationship with developers and welcome valuable input.
Required Skills:
- Great Ruby on Rails skills
- Great database/MySQL/PostgreSQL skills
- Experience with jquery
- Strong understanding and familiarity with Heroku

Small ruby on rails function

I have a social network built in ruby on rails and lovd by less, I need to have the ability to delete a user, right now I can only deactivate, so whether this is just a small mysql script or something that can be added to my admin in the app would be fine. I know this is super easy to do I am just busy working on some other projects so keep the bids small to win!
