Required skills: MySQL, PHP, Ruby & Ruby on Rails, Software Architecture
If you have experience with ror. And understand ruby and ruby on rails then please post here for 5hours worth of coding.
Basic stuff: pull data from the database, do something with it. Save it into the database. Html is provided so this is just for the work. Experience programmers will probably get this done in 1-2hours. I just put 5hours as the maximum.
My budget is $ 30 for this work.
