to find someone who can install the wordpress,ive had bids of $ 200.00 and thats just way way to much.

Im told that this job takes about 20 minutes or so to do if the programmer is familiar with NING.COM a place that you can build your website off of there strucuturing.

NING does have the wordpress instructions.

Is there anyone at all whom can do this please?
