Price comparison, iPhone App (based on web scraping)

I have a website for making price comparisons on books within danish online stores www.tjekpaaprisen.dk (in danish).
I would like to have a simple iPhone version of the website. I have attached a mockup for the design. I might still make minor design changes.
Description (also see attached file)
When the user makes a search for a book (picture 1) - in the background, a search on the actual website (www.tjekpaaprisen.dk) should be made.
The search result is presented to the user (picture 2). The data shown is gathered by scrapping the actual website for info. I can insert place holder code (html comments etc.) in the website code if that makes it easier to scrape and present in the iPhone App.
Next (picture 3) the price comparison for the chosen version of the book is shown. Again all data is present on the relative page on the actual website and should be scraped from there.
When the user clicks a store name a few standard buttons appear (picture 4). Here the user can choose to email the link for the website price comparison page to himself or anyone else really - using the build in mail function seen in many other Apps as well (Photos, Safari etc.). As an alternative the user can choose to be taken to the chosen online store website in Safari. Again, the full URL is available for scraping on the actual site.

iPhone app based on inventory database
I have an excel file that is updated nightly that contains all of the information for the app. The app will need to be able to update from this file. I am after something very simple and user friendly so our salespeople can look up vehicle information when they are on the lot. The main home screen of the app needs to be a inventory search that has several criteria such as year, make, model, etc, then a detail page for each vehicle.

Web-app based on HTML 5
should be used, whereby the later is preferred.
The client code should be written preferably in JQuery Mobile (Javascript) with HTML5.
Further more, Google services should be utilized as well as Google App Engine for hosting, instead of a server to used.
