he code needs to read the INI file; display the values in the proper tab; allow the user to modify the values; then write the values back out to the INI file; and display a message to the user that it was successful.

I need the code to be easily modified since I'll be adding other lines to the INI file later. So please make use of functions (for example to read from the file and another to update the file, etc).

Now I have a pdf mockup with clickable links that I can send you so you can get a better picture of it. I also have all the images and drop down selections.

Since this is a pretty decent size project, I would prefer to break down the payments into 3. First one will be milestone over and released once the program is 30% completed, second milestone to be placed after that and released after it is 60% completed, and final one to be made and released upon completion.
