I need a zend framework developer to transfer existing 19 pages to zend framework. The zend developer must know php, jquery, mysql and git skills.

2. I want to provide users the option to change the displayed language. In the future I am planning to display flags for each language, and then when the flag is clicked, the language changes. At this point, I'm not sure how I can change English to/from Japanese.
