We have a video we would like to add to an existing website.
On loading of the webpage we would like to offer the visitor the option of HD (High Definition) and SD (Standard Definition) based on their internet connection speed. (See attached visual).
We have the video in a HD flv file.
Also to allow the video to play on iPad's and iPhones we want to know if we can insert some code to detect these devices then load a QuickTime movie rather than the flash version.
Ideally we would like this job completed today! Files and sizes will be provided to the winning bidder.
Payment will be made in full via Escrow and release once we have the approved source files.

dynamic colouring of object in video in flash (chroma key)
be done in flash) and color that piece of clothing dynamically in flash, if possible. so that piece of clothing should get red, blue, black, whatever on user choice.
* even better, if we could use some texture instead of plain color to make it look more realistic.
i don't know if this can be done in flash, but maybe there's a (easy) solution to this?

I have 2 separate files, one is a video in flash (no audio) and the other is audio in flash.
Successful candidate will have to do it with the files I provide and send it back to me (milestone one) explaining how he did it. And if I like to output, the person will have to teach me how to do it.
Files must stay in flash format and must not be reencoded, meaning quality will be preserved.
