URGENT! Finish a scraping PHP script and install it.

I need someone that can finish a PHP script that was made by another freelancer who decided to quit at the 95% mark.
This is a scraping PHP script that scrapes a specific website, then adds the scraped content as posts (custom posts) into wordpress database.
The script is basically already finished, just some minor details need to be taken care of. The hosting where this script is going to be installed doesnt give out SSH, so there are 2 options here:
1) You have to briefly explain how to install the script to the hosting company so they can take care of the SSH themselves.
2) Check if its possible to have this script running somehow without SSH.
Currently there is one feature with the script I dont like. When scraping and adding new posts it remakes ALL posts. This is problematic because new posts are automatically added to a Facebook wall, and this would spam the wall. So this needs to be taken care of somehow. I think the easiest way would be to configure the scraper.php to only add things to the database that are NEW.

Time is of the essence here, and this project is very urgent. If you can complete it within 2 days that would be insanely fuking awesome.
