10 page Wordpress Theme, config

Hello,
We need to customize a 10 page Wordpress Theme. There will be a plugin installed for a second language, so make sure you'll have a list of plugins to suggest. We'll provide graphics and content to be included.
We'll have a coming soon page, either a graphic or a plugin, shortly after selection.
The project is due at the end of August, some revision and approval for the site to be launched by September 6th.
If you have a testing site, it will be great.

Convert Html Page Into Wordpress Theme
and my thought was that I could develop it into a WP theme. I slowly came to the realization it would be easier to hand this project to a professional. Here are the requirements:
- convert HTML page into WP them
- design an "inner" page based off of home page design and incorporate from into the theme.

The last page should be a sales template. A video and place to input the buy it now url using a buy button that comes within the wordpress theme.
