Web designer required to redesign our existing website. http://gpde.co.uk/ We are looking to create a more modern architectural feel to our website, to appeal to our potential clients, largely architects. We are looking to replace all the site photography, and create 3 new sections detailing projects, key personnel and testimonials. We would need the site to include a CMS backend that would enable us to add to and update the projects in house at a later date. We have included some examples of websites we like:

We are looking to appoint a designer within the next two weeks, with an aim of getting the website up and running by the beginning of August. Interested parties should email across samples of past web design work with their bid.

it is in Joomla now. I want something that is easy to manipulate and add pages to when we release a new app.
Also want to add areas for forums and a blog page.
It is ok to use a template if necessary if it makes the project cheaper. I just want a good clean look that is easy to add to and edit and shows up in search results for the app name keywords, and other appropriate keywords.
