I am after a site based on Drupal, Joomla or similar that offers the functionality of the Freelancer site
- People can sign up & post jobs to be bid on
- Workers can sign up & create profiles & bid on work
- Jobs are to be listed & searchable by Keyword Text, Catagory, Location (within xx miles)
- Jobs are listed for x amount of days like freelancer & then expire
- People place bids & notes on jobs like freelancer
- Milestone payments can be created
- The site takes payment for from people when they list jobs via Paypal. The payments should be configurable in the admin area ie. different costs for listing depending on the job category
- Featured listings like freelancer
- Browse jobs by latest posted, latest featured, ending soon, my skills, my location / area
- Facebook & Twitter integration so job posted can also be shared on Facebook & Twitter
- Google Maps integration so people can see how far away job are from their location which is set in their profile.
More info once the project is underway but these are the principle requirements.

Initially it will be just a few pages I need - front page, inner page, two templates, but the project will develop if I am happy with your work - to include a database and other features.

I'd like to have a more professional layout though and the site will charge money when the bid is accepted by the bidder.
Each Data Entry provider should have a profile page where they can showcase their work.
