Currently our website is using osCommerce and we would like to transfer to Magento CE v1.5.1. We would also like to keep our current design.
Requirements:
Convert backend from osCommerce to Magento.
Design Magento to reflect design of current site.
Add all products into Magento with images and proper Meta keywords and descriptions.
Add all customers from osCommerce to Magento.
Our website is www.valumailers.com. We will provide appropriate access to the winning bidder.

Convert oscommerce template to magento store
to integrate this design into a new website, so hopefully it will allow me to create blank pages that I can add content to that is not store-related.
The store is empty, so it would not require a database conversion for products or customers, just a couple of sample products and customers so I can figure out what goes where. I would need a professional install and test of the site to ensure that it works properly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
