Finish 17 Page Wordpress Site With Provided Content Featured Projects, identif

I have installed Wordpress on my site and completed about 80% of the content for the homepage. I will provide all of the content for the remaining pages on the site (text, pictures, graphics, etc.). You can see what has been completed at http://brazospm.com/site/

You will need to do a small amount of coding, using shortcodes to finish out some of the pages,

I need someone to:
1.Fix some things on the homepage, specifically:
i) Remove or move the vertical bar in the site's logo are (top left).
ii) Move the "More Info" buttons down in the middle area.
iii) Get the title of each of the three Tabs to show up
iv) Change the color of the gold line to blue, RGB #0046AD or 0,70,173
v) Add Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service in links footer
2. Create sixteen (16) pages using the content (text, pictures, graphics, etc.) provided. You can see what the pages will look like in the WP theme demo, http://wp-demo.indonez.com/Minerva/ .

The following seven (7) pages should be rather straight-forward and easy to create quickly:
About Us
Contact Us
Disclaimer
Privacy Policy
Terms of Service
Case Studies & Testimonials
New Business

The following nine (9) pages will involve some shortcoding and take more than just a few minutes of creating a page from a template, copying and pasting the text, and uploading a picture. The following pages will require a little more time:
Blog (post 3 articles and 3 pictures)
Solutions (see Product page in demo; setting up columns)
Packages (see Services page in demo; posting text and a graphic for 3 packages)
FAQ (useign Toggle shortcode for about 10 questions and answers)
Resources (set up a form to register and a password protected page; will require creation of new database; open to your suggestions on how best to handle this as it is not a high-security page; do what is easy)
Videos, Articles, etc. (use Portfolio template page so categories will filter documents)
Free Consultation (will include form, questions)

The last thing to do, after I approve the work, is to move the site from a subdirectory to the root directory.

I will provide access to the Wordpress site, FTP information, and access to the control panel. A site diagram is attached.

I would do this but I didn't get it all done before going on a planned vacation for a week. I will need the job completed by Saturday, August 6. I h ope you can see from the information provided I know what I need and will not be difficult to deal with. I am looking for an experienced freelancer that can do a good job finishing a Wordpress site.

Single-page Wordpress Site

The main part of the site is a gallery which needs to have a jquery sorting script integrated. I want the same thumbnail sorting as this site : tobiasahlin[dot]com and then a simple lightbox like colourbox to be used to display the images. Also I have custom fonts needed in headings, so something like sIFR will be needed to be integrated as well.
