Footbal Club: Joomla template + custom php integration

Hello,
We have posted this project before, but there were some problems with the freelancer that we selected. That's why we repost it again.
We're from a dutch football club named FC Eibergen. For our club we need a new template with some custom php tables for selecting data out of the MySql database.
We have attached a few files:

All the design files for the layout of the template/website.

3 XML files with the XML files which needs to be inserted in the database.

Structure of the menu-items.
This project must be ready as soon as possible, but at least finished, bugfree and tested within 2-3 weeks. If you think you're not able to deliver on time, please don't place a bid. The deadline is very important for us! We also want only people with many experience and good working skills.
Technical requirements: MySql, Joomla 1.6, PHP, etc.

Customization Of My Joomla Template

- change logo header
- make border line in template
- integrate links (youutbe page, facebook page)
- change position of google custom search bar
- place google ad in header and under right and left menu, wrap text around google ads in other articles and show me to wrap text around ad
- change color of part of background
- change look of right menu
dont bid high, its a simple work so maximum bid shouldnt be more then 25-30

Custom Joomla Template
ld contain the landing page (as seen in the mockup), an article page (with all body content removed except main navigation) that displays a full page of text, and an iframe page, just like the article page, but with the main body being an iframe with no border.
The logo should link back to the home(landing) page.

Add Javascript Feature To Joomla Template Param
cally I have created a Joomla template with preset styles. When you change the preset style on a select option I need several other text params to change. I came up with this script that should work http://www.viperdemo.info/load-styles-test.html. However I'm having a little trouble getting it to work in a custom Joomla template param. I think I just need a fresh pair of eyes to take a look at my code.
