VOIP Click to Call Joomla Module for SIP

I want to have a click to call Joomla 1.5/1.6 module that interfaces into any SIP based phone, it needs to be deployed through the standard Joomla interface and give the parameter options to set the receiving number and authentication details for the receiving SIP account: (IP PHONE NUMBER, Your VoIP password, SIP Proxy, Domain). When the user clicks on the image inside the module to call, they are presented with a highslide box asking for their number to be entered. It will work in the front end exactly the same way that they "Click for a FREE Instant call" works on this page: http://www.ozetel.com/
Only a fade in option for highslide also.

The software will not need to handle voice data, purely CLI.
In an ideal world, a "Click to Call" button in the database would be wonderful.
It would need to create the call, and instantly transfer it to the Desk Phone VoIP extension.
Incoming calls should cause a pop-up to appear (Displaying CLI and Name) and call a call log form in the DataBase.
The DB is based upon MS's own Contact Management template. I am happy to provide the template.

a drupal module programmer that can create a click to call system for my drupal site. Basically it work like other click to call systems in that a visitor would enter their phone number and click a button to contact the number for the node. This would connect the visitor and the vendor.
I have a specific node type that is listings of vendors, some have numbers and others do not. The module would preferably recognize which had numbers and display the c2c function for those.
