XHTML CSS Template and Logo Design

I'm looking for someone to Create a HTML Template Code for my ebay store.

My Company sells Fashion Clothing, shoes and accessories.

area if expertise is in web development (HTML, CSS and PHP), I do not need the template to be converted to web format. I will ask for the PSD file and Illustrator (preferable) file of the logo. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT I HAVE FULL RIGHTS OVER THE LOGO AND WEB DESIGN!

I need a simple xhtml/css template based on a Jpeg image. Template should be compatible with IE7, IE8, Firefox and Safari. A simple css horisontal drop down menu has to be added. The job is quite urgent.

to main freelancer and all module/components/plugins etc... has to return in same position of regular XHTML/CSS template and graphics as to be same of regular XHTML/CSS template.

in XHTML/CSS there are few images can be replaced using CSS3 so ,when needed, freelancer has to use them instead of images.

All menus/articles/banner has to be dinamical so, no static content on template.
