VB code to export from open excel workbook to SQL database

I am looking for a kind of plug-in which will help the user to automatically upload the information to the database. The solution needs to be highly user-friendly. It would be great if the user can select the database columns in which records from Excel need to be insert. This is not a pre, but recommendable.
