Upload files in Folder defined in variable $ folder

Last ->
After each upload, get the video id and also must have the capaiblity to set the video title as

Filename less the extension
Tag and description same
Category you can hard set 1

I am looking for a PHP upload script to upload large video files. The script does not need to be complex, just need the ability for my client to use it to upload videos to his website. I am unsure at this point how large of video files he will be uploading, but I assume at least 200mb files as they will be videos of himself giving accounting tips. I just need the uploader, I can add other functionality later.
