Uploading an App to the iTunes App Store

Right here is my predicament...
I have an app on the app store, I have noticed an error in the coding of the app that needs to be updated. I have the .ipa file ready to upload, it just needs to be uploaded. However my Mac computer is away with my dad for a few weeks and I am unable to resolve this problem.
I think I am right in saying that if I open (temporarily) a 'Technical' account on my iTunes Connect for one of you (if you already have the right software on your Macs) you should be able to upload it for me. If I am wrong, please correct me below.
If anyone is up for helping me, I can offer a thank you payment in iTunes gifts (ie the 'Gift this Item' thing) made up of items of your choice.

One question with video answer iPhone App
This simple iPhone app does the following. Upon startup the user is presented with 12 buttons on a background image to choose from. Once the user selects a button from the menu they are presented with a video response of 3-15 seconds and then returned to the original menu once the video is finished.
Developer must work with us to submit the app to the iTunes app store as well as make any necessary modifications for acceptance.

first page would have an input box for a title, feed, and one for an email address... and of course a submit button. (option to add more would be even better but not required)
It also needs to have an area called "subscriptions" where you can delete these subscriptions.
I'm curious to know your thoughts on this and any suggestions you might have...and of course how much would you charge. Please see attached image for an example.
