Windows Mobile software application to operate a USB device

Hello
I am looking for a software developer who can make a program for Windows Mobile (maybe later also Android) phones as per the requirements here below:
The purpose is to use a small temperature and hygro sensor "Hid TEMPer" on my mobile.
An example of a (crappy) Windows driver can be downloaded here:

Use this as a source of inspiration, not as an example of a good program.
The sensor is designed to connect to a USB port of a computer, I will change the cable to connect it with the USB port of my mobile.
As a first step, a simple program is needed to display the temperature and atmospheric humidity as a figure on the mobile display.
It should be possible to select degrees C, K or F
As a second step, more options are required, such as write the measured data in an excel table as per the user's settings, generating a graph and showing the relevant part of the graph on the mobile display.
As a third step the whole range of features as in the "Hid TEMPer V10.6.0" program should be available for Windows Mobile (later also Android) mobile phones.
The menu structure, display dimensions and layout of the program should be suitable for a mobile. It should not be a transformed Windows program but an entirely new mobile phone program. The temperature graph should use the full screen of the mobile, menu's should be left away to use the entire screen, menus should be accessible by touching the screen or by a pressing a key on the mobiles keyboard. The program should automatically zoom in and out to keep the focus on the active area of the graph. The design should be nice, preferential colours are black and yellow.
Everything should be in proper English, no traces of any other language should be used. The word "centigrade" should not be used, it should be either "°C" or "degrees Celcius"
Using the program or browsing through the menu's should be fast as light speed, no lag allowed.

wn a Pidion BIP-1300 PDA running on Windows Mobile 5, and I need a simple, non-commercial POS sofware for demonstration/testing purposes.

On Android, there is no existing code, so that client will have to be written from scratch. Most likely you will need some knowledge of the Android NDK. Limited Android SDK knowledge will not be enough to work on this project.

When connecting to the site to update files etc. the unique (serial number) of the USB and the user's password would be used to authenticate and deliver data to and from the web application.
When the USB is inserted (windows) it should automatically open the autorun menu.
There are other specifications but if you have the skills to deliver this, we can move ahead on the others I am sure.

We require a batch program to be written for windows mobile 6. Basically to start a barcode reading program , take the resulting sms, send to the read sms number and when done loop back to the barcode reading software. we already have the barcode reading program installed and it currently takes 3 button presses to undertake the entire process. we need this process to happen automaticaly.The program needs to run on a HP 514 voice messenger. we need this asap.
