As such, we are adjusting the due date to April 1st, 2011.

Also, we are adjusting the payment terms as we were burned by the last person we awarded this to by paying him a $ 135 Milestone payment and not getting anything for it...We are flexible, but will need to see some of our project completed before we release payments of any sort.
