Malware detected on my Site in Dedicated Server URGENT

I need you to help me solve this.
We have a new dedicated server since the beginning of July 2011, and we require all of our blogs to be scanned to fix this malware problem.
When I try to access some of my websites this message appears:

www.dforceblog.com contains malware. Your computer might catch a virus if you visit this site.
Google has found malicious software may be installed onto your computer if you proceed. If you've visited this site in the past or you trust this site, it's possible that it has just recently been compromised by a hacker. You should not proceed, and perhaps try again tomorrow or go somewhere else.

Change upload script on my site from tesupload to uber-upload or other that works faster

What I want you to do is install uber-upload or other script you suggest on my site and modify it to keep the look and feel my site currently has.

Fix Problem On My Site
