Add Channels to my Satelite TV on PC Software

Hello:
I´m currently creating a "Satelite TV on PC" Website. What this means is the website will enable customers to watch Satelite TV on their PC once they become members.
I already have a great script which I will install, and what I need is someone who can find me over 3000 high quality channels (the more the better) that I can plug into the script, and give my users.
The script I am using is called Vaino TV Portal, it´s really high quality, and seems that if you can provie the channel conections, it should be very easy to plug.

Please remember this job is only to add channels, not to create the software, or adapt it, I will do that in house.
If you have developed this kind of software before, or already have the database of channels, or have some kind of advantage that means you´re not starting from scratch, that will be considered a plus, and please let me know.
I also want to point out that while I obviously understand not all channels will be top of the line, well known, I do want most of the well known channels added, since I need to make sure this alternative will be more appealing than a normal Satelite TV.

I am interested in getting full rights for TV on PC software, just as those that are selling over the net.
It should have cca 3000 TV channels like all of them usually have, and of course should work smoothly :)
I don't know too much about the way this kind of software would be made, so I can't give more details.

Looking to rebrand a TV on PC Software application.
The app should be windows XP - windows 7 Compatible.
I will also need monthly channel updates.
If you have a Mac version I would also be interested.
