I need a simple APEX application. I have a table in oracle database. Multiple rows with salary history and year. I need to display it in one row. It is pretty simple application. Need to have strong background in Oracle APEX development. I need it quick.

grate it to win2003 server the client cannot connect anymore giving subscript error 9.
We need to debug the server app in order to work with win2003 server and up.
its a simple php server that listens to a specific port for the clients. Whens its time the clients authenticate to the server (username password that is validated to the server oracle database) and if are ok then the client uploads some txt files and downloads an excell file.

on a button called "Submit", and then it shows the information of the invoice. The user can MAKE the PAYMENT via Paypal, download his invoice in a PDF file...and that's pretty much it.

The Back-end is where you log-in, and add/edit your invoices.
The UPLOAD system (when you upload your PDF file) is only working in Firefox.
And there's more bugs.
