Code a wordpress Plugin  

I already made a similar plugin for GetResponse (another e-mail service) so you can reuse parts of this plugin code to start your work. PM me if you want to look at the code before bidding.

Code needs to be commented
At least, each method should be commented.
No more than 20 lines/method without further comments.

Any idea or implementation recommendation is welcomed. :)

ld prefer this to be a wordpress plugin that can be used with any theme.
There should be dashboards for advertisers and reviewers.
Admin should have full access to wordpress dashboard and the website dashboard, with the abilty to approve reviews.
I would love this to look and feel a little like fiverr

I'm looking to have a custom PHP script I have turned into a wordpress plugin. It is a graphics script and I would like it to be developed into a wordpress plugin with some options.

Option 1 would be to have the script be accessible to the front user by inserting a short code into a post/page in wordpress.

Option 2 would be to also have a admin section if the user wants to access the plugin in the admin section and not let end users access it.

The only thing hellobar cannot do is allow u to place feedburner or aweber code in, you can just have a message showing. I want to allow my users to paste in html code in there from feedburner or aweber.

s project is to modify the plugin so that it will only create a link for the first instance of each keyword within a particular post or page, rather than every instance as it does at the moment. This will require a small modification to the plugin PHP code.

I will provide the plugin as a ZIP file for you to setup on one of your own wordpress blogs for testing. You will provide the modified file or files for me to test on the wordpress blog linked to above.
