Modelling cottages in 3ds max from dwg drawing.
We offer $ 300 for 3 cottages in 3ds max from dwg drawing.
Please look attachment to see examples.
Cottages are 3: small (S), medium (M) and large (L).
Each cottage includes 4 levels of detail: high-poly, mid-poly, low-poly and collision (please look im2.jpg).
LEVELS OF DETAIL
High-poly
High-poly version contains interiors. Models consists of 4 objects:
1. walls etc. (with textures. use may use textures from example and add others)
2. doors (with textures. use may use textures from example)
3. window frames (white material)
4. windows (material glass from example)
Mid-poly
Mid-poly version doesn't contain interiors. Models consists of 1 objects. It should have one map (look example 1)
Low-poly
Low-poly version doesn't contain interiors. Models consists of 1 objects. It should have one little map (look example 1)
Collision
Collision version contains simplified interiors. Models consists of 1 objects. Model has no material.
You can see it all in examples. Ex 1 contains large house (L), Ex 2 contains small house (S).

Need 3ds max character rigging
I made very very simple 3d character in 3ds max and have to rig it... Finding someone who can help me :D
3ds Max coffee shop interior design photo realistic
photo. The tables and chairs in the coffee shop need to be exactly like the photo in cam2.png. The space should be large enough to put about 3-4 tables. I need to have the tables and basic design done first then I need to file to set up some 3 cameras. Finally I'll send the updated file back to the you to insert the accessories.

and render exactly what we see in the attached photo with the same lighting and provide a very hi-resolution still from the same angle. We will supply the file.
There is scope for more animation of this object in the future but for now it's just the still image we need. Ultimately I want someone to work with who can animate a simple man in a suit walking and standing and interacting with this beer glass.

small 3ds max project : living room and exterior of a house
exterior design with 3ds max with attached image references .
Prerequisites: Modelling,Texturing and Lighting of both designs.
Interior design must be done to that of living room inside of a home.Exterior design of homes like the attached.
This is a college project so an amateurish look is fine. I am looking for fastest delivery and the bidder will have to make changes to the delivered design from the feedback I will provide.

bj and .3ds files from 3DS Max, but was not able to import them into CA.
I need detailed instructions on how to properly export and import my models into CA. Remember that I will need to import 20-30 objects into CA...so memory could become an issue, but I don't know. I'm using Chief Architect X4 (64bit), Intel i7 quad, 12 GB Ram, Nvidia graphics card.
