Customize CSS & HTML on existing site

I need new CSS/ HTML for my website http://goo.gl/aIcDT
I want the look and feel to be similar to http://goo.gl/ME7Cz. We will use same graphical elements on this for now, but will replace with our own at a later time.
Both sites use the same branded website backend.
All you need to do is to copy/update/create the new CSS and HTML from site I like to my site.
Please attach samples of your existing work when sending the PM.
This is a small job with opportunity to become virtual assistant on ongoing and future projects.

UI cross browser fixes and changes on Rails site
o able to work on existing site written in Ruby on Rails to update 5 pages. Site is working well. But need to resolve some small issues on 3 pages and come up with better UI for admin module. Also review CSS code to be clean.

Fix CSS/PHP error on PHP-based eCommerce site
ow (6-8secs) - needs to load in 3-4 secs as given by Google Speed. Currently its not optimized for load time so I assume there is lot of room.
Couple of things that might need to be done to fasten up the load time:
** Combine Images using CSS Sprites
** Enable Compression / Cache static content
** Be able to improve 'First Byte Time' as it needs to be faster
I need work done on this site on regular basis.

Website update needed, adding a menu on existing site

I'm searching someone how can put an extra menu item on a existing site. The company will change their whole site early next year, with we will have to do also. In the meanwhile they would like to put on their existing site a new menu item "Jobs". We are looking for someone qualified to do that quickly. In the future we could use you for the building of en entire new site for that client.

Create Drupal base & subtheme from existing site
