it in a CSV format to upload to my site.

i also need the geo coordinate generated off the address of each site. Very Easy. many sites i can point you to, that will batch and find all longitudes and latitudes in one cut and paste.

there is a few more specifics about the project i will explain later.

I need a really simple data entry module for Boonex Dolphin. This is really as simple as it gets. I need a module with 3 data entry text fields - Name, Email and Other Info. This data should be stored in a new table in the Dophin database when the user clicks the Save button. I should be able to add this module to a new page within the Dolphin framework. Thats pretty much it.

Should be a fairly simple data entry task that should only take an hour or two of manual work, particularly since it is a searchable PDF that you could copy/paste from/to. Probably not worth the time to write a script to parse it, but you could do that as well if you'd like.

Take a look at a normal entry there. You will procure them over about 35 cities. So you will get 30 entries per city and you will need to organize the image and entry details and send the final organized file for my database guy.

I need this done asap. You will need to be able to follow directions, work quickly, and choose great images based on my criteria.
