I want someone to create a script that is going to run on a linux vps. Here are the steps it should do

1. uTorrent is auto downloading
2. Check to see if there are mkv or mp4 files
3. Convert the mkv or mp4 to avi with subtitles hardcoded using mencoder or any video converter program
4. Upload the converted video & original file to zshare.net
5. Post the data onto my wordpress site
6. Delete file & converted file
7. Repeat step 2-6

Need online youtube like video converter that will take mp4 files and convert to flv. Player and upload feature already installed only need converter and other minor php tweaks like progress bar during large uploads, automatic thumbnail for upload and changing date format. Need within 2 days (or less :)) after bid selection.
