Very simple website design done quick!

Hi guys! I need help with a simple website. No colors, no flare, just a bit of coding that should take you less than 30 minutes to do.
Here's the idea:
I would like to have a website that simply contains 3 elements: Static text, an output text, an input text and 2 buttons.
Part 1
the function of the first button should be to randomly generate a number (between 1 and 30, but must be easily expandable for the future), then take that number and refer it to a list somewhere else on the server (a text file) that has numbered phrases. It will then pick the phrase for the number it generated and output that phrase to the output text box.
So, for example, if the user presses button1 and the number it generates is 21, the output box will display the phrase associated with the 21st line of the text file on the server.
Part 2
the function of the second button would be to cut and paste the input from the input text box to a text file located elsewhere on the server, and end the line of text.
and that's it!
Both the buttons and the input box will require labels. Everything should be center aligned. No flash! Javascript is fine, but I need the source code as well.
As this is a very short project for a fair programmer that can be done quickly, I will only be paying 10USD, and bids of 30USD will be considered as 10.
A visual of the layout will follow to the selected bidder, but needless to say it is VERY basic, so no graphic design skills are necessary.

Simple website design (one page) needed
modify that myself to create the other two pages. Except for the info on there they should be the same anyway. It has to be very simple, trustworthy and appealing. I like the simple graphics of sites like twitter.com and litmusapp.com/alkaline/
You site design should be unique (no copying) - and delivered in a .PSD file. I also need to see similar references. Otherwise I really can't consider your offer.

- A banner with the website's name
- A good background
- A good border for the flash game
- Positioning of some text describing the game

I need a simple website design almost a clone like traderschoicefx dot com. The layout and menus can be the same, but with a members only page also, which can be temporarily done as a.htaccess . Hence a members login should also be added. Also in home page should be a newsletter signup as well.
