Wordpress site needs a couple minor fixes involving php and css. im using "vote it up" plugin to rate posts

1. css - need to move the post ratings element outside of the post container.
2. php- need page to display top rated posts of the day
and also need thumbnails and images resized proportionally to fit in posts, plugins wont do so

Needing a PHP site with a few different scripts integrated together copied to another domain. Site is heavily customized PHPMotion site with PHPBB integration and a wordpress blog.

I need everything copied over to another domain, and then debug any issues that arise to make the site work on the new domain.

mock-up using Yii in 1-2 hours, so a full site would take a some time, but only a few weeks max time line should be required to build the site. Once I have awarded the project, the person/team will also be involved in Phases 2 and 3 which will be about a factor 5 times larger as we extend upon phase 1 and expected to start 1 month after Phase 1 goes live.

I can't say too much publicly about the project so if you bid with some real interest then I can explain more.
This should be a quick and easy job, I don't have much budget for this so it's a good project for a low bid if you require some feedback.
