We are looking for exceptional web designers who can design a home page for our website. Besides home page, we would need 4-5 pages which would be registration page, a page which would showcase our products, description page, checkout page/ address page...
I believe the main task is to develop the home page & products, description page. For rest all pages the same theme would follow.
Selected users will need to send us the PSD or corel or illustrator files
Bidder who can develop the theme using the same design for joomla would be preferred..

the front end of my website, they are taken to a 403 forbidden access page. This only happens on 1 percent of the time but it is a problem that I need fixed. If the author tries to again submit the same article, they will continually be taken to a 403 page. If they try and submit a different article, it will start working again.
