Just wanted to add - we are looking for HTML/XHTML templates and the CSS for the website.

Because this is such a quick and simple project, it's a very low budget and I would like a turn around time of 24 hours or less if possible. Also, in your bid don't just say "I can do this, PM me." Please explain your experience. If you don't mention your experience with Associate-O-Matic I will ignore your bid. I don't want to award this project to someone that doesn't know what they're doing.

I have HTML templates that we need redesigned using CSS only. I already have a design that I wish for the site to look like. I need a CSS expert who can quickly re-work the css and make the existing templates look like the new design.

While my server-side scripting ability is good, I am not artistic enough to create an attractive layout for the page. I am looking for somebody to create an attractive, artistic site for my page using CSS and whatever other technology is necessary. I would also like the CSS design to be able to easily be expanded upon for added features in the future. My estimated spending amount is $ 100 but depending on the quality of work this could as much as double.
