In need of a new fresh website design for an already existing website. 23 pages, same page content text will be used. We will also want unique page meta titles, descriptions and keywords to be used on every page, along with all inbound page links using the title tags and all image links using alt tags with appropriate keywords for each. We want maximum seo enhancements of w3c standards applied. Winning bidder will receive ftp access to development hosting acct and a zipped folder with all of the websites old files.

We will provide old website url, and html files to winner. All of the old page content and material can be pasted into new website design pages. All page links should be updated for new site directory and all page meta content should be added back into new design pages. We will insert all the form scripts once complete, so creating forms is not necessary.

so we need to have all the links as the first link on top, is a click-able div, because oempro uses forms instead of links to subscribe/unsubscribe
