SEO Project - Get a New website to the top of google  

We are seeking someone who can help us get our facebook application to the top of google's results for our keywords. We are already at the top for some of our terms, but do not appear for other terms, so we want to find a way to improve this.

Prefer results-oriented proposals.

Payment will be through Freelancer escrow. 50% will be paid when the agreed-on milestone (google ranking) is reached and the second half if it is maintained 30 days after that.
