Design and Integrate Email Subscription on WPress Blog

Hi
I am looking to add an email subscribe box to my Wordpress Blog to capture emails and add them to my existing Aweber account email subscriber database.
1. Design
This involves designing and implmenting a simple email subscription box
The subscribe box should be similar in design to the email subscribe box at http://www.copyblogger.com/
This found at that site at the top right corner "FREE UPDATES" (Black box).
The colors used may be different so that it works with my website colours and design
2. Functionality
Once they have entered their name and email address the functionality and the steps involved should be setup so it is entered into my existing Aweber email account database in a similar way to copyblogger.com and automatically send out my blog posts when they are published
So functionaity needed includes
Email entry
RSS Reader count (eg. 3,202) that automatically updates from my existing Feedburner account
Be able to subscribe via RSS in the same way as Copyblogger.com
Skills required are: Wordpress and a good knowledge of Aweber email application with some simple design skills

Magento ebay cron job , ebay store design and workflow

Simple Web Design and SEO
tant part of this project is the SEO work we want to have all the necessary tools to get ranked on the first page. I realize for some keywords that may be a longer process, but we at least want to have the correct meta data and other tools in place to get there.
