WP Review Site - Page Design, Graphic Creation, Writing

I have started a review website in Wordpress called www.pheromoneadvisor.com. The Logo and theme have been completed, as well as the basic setup. Please view www.pheromoneadvisor.com to see the current state.
I need a Jack-of-all-Trades that can get this Wordpress review website complete.
To complete this website you will need:
1. Write 42 Product Reviews. *Stong English Skills Required
Each review will need to be a minimum of 250 words. You will need to research each product and write a well thought out product review. The review will follow this format: Summary, Product Details, Pros, Cons, Overall Impression. An example can be seen here: http://www.pheromoneadvisor.com/2011/01/pherx-pheromones/
2. Complete Product Review Tables - As Seen on the Homepage - 18 Men, 10 Women, 5 Gay Men, 5 Gay Women, 5 Pheromone Oils. Insert the remaining text, links, create "strength image meter" graphic, create "rating stars" images.
*The table was created using "Wp-Table Reloaded" plugin. Modify the css and make this table look good and match the wp theme.
3. Review Page Design
Create a standard page design for the product reviews. Include a pic of the product and the rating table for the product. Also include the product review tables for the top 3 recommended products and try to funnel the traffic to the recommended products.
4. Create an Email Signup Form - I use Vertical Response for sending and managing emails. I have installed the WP Plugin and inserted the widget in the top left of the 1st column as you can see. Create a custom signup form that uses the WP theme colors.
5. Header Graphic - I like the current logo. Remove the Search box and add some text/graphics in this space.
6. Footer Links - Add Footer Links
I do not know a budget for this project. I want quality work and I do not mind paying for it. Please bid accordingly.

orite guys i need a simple page design,
basically it is for advertisers to place an advert, a max of 20 advertisements, with banner ads on the top and side and bottom.Each section is to be clearly labled in the code! It will have my header ontop of page with my logo and title. I want it to look clean sleek and modern.
