CL State Sorter - Format for new database to sort incoming URLs to use the correct Proxy database.
This is a one-at-a-time flagging program. I need an expert who communicates well to answer a few questions for me as to what certain sections of the script are trying to do. I believe I understand it, I need an expert to confirm it.

Currently uses one source for proxies, http://www.ad-nuke.com/proxe.txt
Please look at attached file CL State Sorter (excel file) -
1. This data needs to be added to our SQL Database
2. PHP script should determine which of the 452 cities the ad is posted in (Column A), then use the corresponding proxy database that matches (Column D). Temporary format would be http://www.ad-nuke.com/01.txt, http://www.ad-nuke.com/02.txt, etc, with the data eventually being held in SQL database (after testing these initial modifications)
Ad-Nuke Flagger Database -
Database contains 600 +/- IPs which are not used as proxies - Where are all of those IPs being used? If program is spoofing IP in header, we want the use of false IPs to stop - we want program to show the proxy address everywhere in the form submission header. Clean up script to remove any reference to using spoofed IPs.
Must not show X_forward or any other such relay in header - must show as directly from proxy address.
Flag.php - Painfully ugly interface which we will make much better as we go along. For now, however, I want it to no longer scroll anywhere like it does now - I want data to show on the screen showing how many successful flags, how many un-successful flags, the proxy database number it is using, and the proxy IP address it is using.
I can give you access to this running code that is currently on my server to see how it (doesn't) work & how ugly it is.
For a cURL and PHP expert, this is a nice, simple explaination & modification. This is phase one that you are bidding on.

Phase two will include a very clean, professional client-side UI (with little to no programming other than to submit data to the server, as well as license verification script) Server side application must be able to handle 50 simultanious users, and keep in SQL database IP address of those logging in under each license key, and keep track of how many submissions were sent by each client.

2. The current script does not seem to group products into categories and subcategories well. I need that to be fixed.
3. The image download portion needs to be updated to deal with new and old products.
There are probably a few other tweaks. A php and sql expert can probably fix the script or redo it in a few hours. I'm busy with other projects and don't have time to fix this.
