Flash Animation Movie - Creative People Only

Looking for someone creative that can build a nice flash animation movie that will communicate clear ideas to the audience
It will look something close to this:

But using a different product instead of cars. I will provide the storyline and voiceover, just need the illustrations and transitions.
The slides on the left is not necessary.
Please provide proof of previous work, preferably in .fla or .eps format, so I know you didn't steal it from somewhere else.

ing in my head is: pictures of the cars floating down. Kind of like rain. Imagine raining pictures of cars. You could throw in some of your creative spin. I just know I need a flash movie. I don't have a great imagination, so if you do, chances are you will win the bid. I will provide you with the size of the movie, around 850px wide. I'm still working on the height. If you are professional, and can do what I need, I am willing to give you a shot at it.

Turn Image Into A Simple Flash Animation
in the header moving up and down, it doesn't have to be that detailed, it can be really simple I just need it to have the impression of the crowd moving around
