I would like to develop the "Rock Paper Scissors" popular game into: iOS, Android, Facebook and my website. I realize that it's difficult to build on multi platforms. Which is why i'd like you to use

This will speed up the process of building for both iOS and Android. It's very important they all speak together and we have diagrams of how to get that done. I have a local development team here in Vancouver, British Columbia who has a detailed development plan that outlines the entire process of what needs to be accomplished. Because I am on a tight budget i cannot afford to pay them. So they have put their plan together for us to get done together.
We will need to go through this document and your job will be to code everything as outlined. The good part is you dont have to do any creative thinking about the project specs! You just have to have a team of highly skilled coders to do the job FAST. I'm looking for power coders who can stay up all night and follow the outline. I'm looking for people who are online 24-7 and who have a cell phone i can also call.

GAME DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The social game will be "Rock Paper Scissors" app to settle disputes.
For example: (Where should we go out for dinner? Option A? or Option B?) The two users on facebook will post the dispute on their facebook wall and begin playing rock paper scissors. The winner is then updated on the wall after the game has been played.
There is also a Tournament style game play where you play with hundreds or even thousands of people for; These points can be converted into prizes like hats, t-shirts, pen's and other accessories.
