Android iPad Consultant Needed - Air App Going Mobile
Required skills: Android, Flash, Flex, iPad
This is a starter portion of a larger gig, for now please just give me a bid for 4 or 5 hours of consulting.

I want to create 2 new versions of my app: Android, and iPad.
I need an experienced programming consultant who can help us decide things like:
1- what are the best tools to do this: Flash Builder 4.5? Eclipse with a subset of Android and iPad tools?
2- how should we best handle our content (several GB of audio, SWFs, and video). Do we leave it all online? Download incrementally to the users' device?
3- what is the best way to sell this app in the mobile market? Monthly subscription? Buy 1 entire level at a time?
4- should we incorporate our score saving and progress tracking backend (google app engine) - or would that be too slow for a mobile platform?
5- should we do something entirely different, perhaps chopping up our content into smaller pieces, and creating an altogether NEW app for mobile devices? Perhaps we could create e-books from individual lessons and sell them individually for a low price?
The list will continue, but this is all I can think of right now. What I need is a total EXPERT in these matters, as I'm looking for consulting right now more than programming. The winner of this job will be expected to do the following:
1- become completely familiar with my app and content
2- fully understand the programming aspects of porting an Adobe Air project to Android and iOs
3- fully understand the market I am trying to reach (children and adults trying to learn Spanish)
4- create an awesome step by step "Battle Plan of Action" for how we can get this done
