FileMaker Pro 11 Mac Based Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

We are a small staffing company that is currently making the move to a Mac based environment. In the staffing industry, staffing companies use an Applicant Tracking System to track customer, candidates, job orders and more. There are hundreds on the PC, but not many good Mac based options.
We want to create a Mac Based ATS which brings to life all of the great features of FileMaker 11 Pro. The ATS must integrate with Mac Mail, iCal, Contacts, MS Word for Mac and more. The MS Word for Mac is really just the ability to store MS Word Documents (i.e. Resumes and customer attachments such as job descriptions) and then be able to click on those attachments and they launch MS WORD - which should be native functionality anyway. It should also utilize FileMaker GO - allowing us to access our ATS from an iphone/ipad.
The layout will mirror a typical ATS (there are many PC versions we can use to get a feel for an ATS - for example, www.catsone.com has a free online demo you can use right now to see the look & feel of an ATS). Our's of course will be slightly different, Mac based and more.
The most important feature will be a robust Advanced Candidate Search Feature. Applying an algorithm, search results will be returned based on ranking. For example, if we are staffing for a Treasury Accountant, then the number of times "Treasury Accountant" appears on someone's resume gives them a higher ranking in the results returned. Advanced search must allow searching on any field in the database, for example:
Resume contains "Treasury"
Resume contains "Finance Consultant"
Resume contains "Spanish"
Candidate lives within 60 miles of zip code 34244
** you would then hit search and the algorithm would kick in and rank candidates based on the number of times the keywords "Treasury", "Finance Consultant" and "Spanish" appear on a resume. The person who has those three words appear the most on their resume, would be ranked first, the person who has those three words appear second most would be ranked second, etc. In the case of a tie, it can be random or returned based on alphabetical order or whatever...
The ATS will track normal candidate and client data including name, address, email work, email home, phone, mobile, etc., etc.
The ATS must be able to PARSE resumes. There might be add-on parsing technologies - but at the end of the day, when we add a resume, it must be able to parse out the candidates first name, last name, address, email, etc. and store the resume in a searchable format.
We would like the ATS to allow the addition and parsing of resumes via email. For example, if one of our candidates emails - then an "agent" would receive that email, scan for the attachment and parse the resume into the system. It should work so that if one of our recruiters receives a resume, they can just forward that resume to and it gets parsed and added to the ATS.
In the Reports section, we would be able to see new resumes added.
The ATS will run on a Mac Mini Server and be used by multiple users in different locations. We MIGHT want to one day port the application to the web, therefore, development considerations should be given.
One time data importing from another ATS will need to occur. Data from other ATS's can come over in SQL or CSV.

ess db. Currently user is prompted with a form to supply needed information for shipping/packing lists. Database should be searchable(new function) and should be able to tell if a packing list has been printed. Database should be have a relationship and should not duplicate infomation in tables.
