Web Reporting Application
Required skills: AJAX, Graphic Design, HTML, MySQL, PHP
Development of a website and a web based reporting application related to the website. Website content will advertise the application and provide general information about the application. Application will be hosted as a subdomain with user/group access level and will generate reports and charts to registered users.
High-level product requirements (see document attached)
1. Website
a. Implementation of a free/opensource CMS application.
b. Developer will query/research on the internet and provide a list of free templates; customer will select one for implementation.
c. A contact page with email notification is required.
d. Template may require minimal changes in colors or image replacements.
e. Images and logos will be provided by customer.
f. Content will be entered by customer.
2. Web Reporting
a. Application shall be developed in PHP/MySQL using an opensource/free framework.
b. A horizontal or vertical menu.
c. User/group security level. Users will be logged in from the website mention above, and based on their belonging group they get access to different reports.
d. Data will be pulled from one single table/view. (no joins or complicated queries).
e. Users are expected to input report parameters: date range, single select, multi select ..
f. Crosstab and charts are required.
g. Exports to PDF, Excel.
h. Back end or admin users shall have the possibility to create/modify users and groups and assign each user to one or more groups.
i. Each group has rights to view only certain reports.
j. There are not more than ten (10) reports on the first stage.
k. Developer is expected to document any custom function or class developed.
l. Application diagram. (Visual diagram of files/processes and links to each file/process).
m. Report and data examples will be provided in excel.

It cannot require the attendees of the meeting to download any software or browser plugins.
Conference calling must be integrated - the API for this will be provided. Estimate five hours setting this up and testing it.

Web Scrape Application
application. I would provide the current code base in .NET. However, I am considering converting the entire app to PHP as it is cheaper to host linux/php machines than windows vps machines.
Then we would test and modify the application on several web scrape jobs. Most of my web scrape jobs are millions of rows. So architecture and multi-threading are essential.

Stat Tracking And Reporting Application

I'll need an admin area so we can add, remove, and modify data to be collected etc....as well as a "report" module for (mostly simple) reports. (Ie, historical stat by location, historical stat all locations etc)
I'd like to be able to also use this application inside a wordpress installation (in a page, or post)
Please let me know if there are other vital details you need to provide a bid.

Need to update a web blog application using XHTML, CSS, XML and Javascript.

It's about creating a mail web/server application that will execute some script to : Configure a server, install postfix, add multiple postfix instances with specific cinfiguration, install phplist with specific configuration beside of some particular options to add to the scripts and the server.

-need to have a scheduler to schedule report generation at regular intervals in the future.
-the program should be web based and have an api available so that it can integrate with other programs in the future.
I want this to be very simple, stylish and 'just work'.

Test scenario:
