3ds max rendering  

i am looking to develop and enhance an existing 3ds max rendering (see attached) of an existing building.

the end result should be an enhanced version of the png that i have attached.

we will have to update the rendering with more details as we progress.
we will provide the actual pictures of the details (of the actual building) that we are trying to replicate.

please let me know if you have any questions.

I will provide the information required (photos to show view of each rendering, a site plan with the position of the structure, the materials that have to be applied on the object, floor plans of previous house etc.)

I need detailed instructions on how to properly export and import my models into CA. Remember that I will need to import 20-30 objects into CA...so memory could become an issue, but I don't know. I'm using Chief Architect X4 (64bit), Intel i7 quad, 12 GB Ram, Nvidia graphics card.

and render exactly what we see in the attached photo with the same lighting and provide a very hi-resolution still from the same angle. We will supply the file.

There is scope for more animation of this object in the future but for now it's just the still image we need. Ultimately I want someone to work with who can animate a simple man in a suit walking and standing and interacting with this beer glass.

photo. The tables and chairs in the coffee shop need to be exactly like the photo in cam2.png. The space should be large enough to put about 3-4 tables. I need to have the tables and basic design done first then I need to file to set up some 3 cameras. Finally I'll send the updated file back to the you to insert the accessories.
