Required skills: Website Design
I am looking for a developer who can create a portal, which will be a mixture of a job board and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) section.
PLEASE READ ALL THE REQUIREMENTS AND THEN START BIDDING.
If you think this is your cup of tea then only bid and freshers without experience of such website need not apply.
Only Gold Members should apply others will not be considered.
JOB PORTAL - FRONT END
(1) BLOG - Need one open forum for all the employers and candidates to share their views
(2) Banners - Instead of too many banners, need some relevant important contents with proper alignment on the relevant places of website.
(3) IP Address Recognizer - The basic idea of this website is to be launched as country recognizer IP address bases job portal. For example, if someone types the website address in London, it should open UK version of the job portal. If in New York, it should open USA version of the job portal, same way for India and others.
(4) Country specific design - It has to be the country specific design with the website contents, like auto recognizer of the location, city, zip code.
(5) Secure Server Layer (SSL) Integration - I already have bought one and needs to integrate the same in the system.
(6) Employer Registration Page with Payment Gateway - The entire page needs to be beautifully created with the registration page that actually needs to be on Job Portal website. It has to be of latest style, something unique which almost not any other job portal website have.
(7) Employer Auto features - The website should be equipped with auto features like, if desired candidate registers then employer is notified. The selection criteria application for fetching data of candidate should be Employer specific.
(8) Jobseeker Page - Job seeker page needs to be created with the registration page and with the latest application, design and auto job fetcher application and emailers. Salary Calculation and few of the newest applications for the jobseekers to search for the exact matching criteria.
(9) SMS Gateway - SMS Gateway for both employer and jobseeker for receiving auto alerts through SMS text messages on their mobiles.
(10) Web Conference Option - This feature will help both the jobseeker and employer to meet through web conference and follow the process of interview.
(11) Offline Chat Option
The above 11 points is not the end... as and when required there would be more addendum to the above.
ADMIN SECTION - BACK END
This will be an automatic tool like admin section. It should have all the controls of the entire website like
- Creating multiple sub admin logins for the users with limited functionality
- Config settings
- Site parameter types
- approval types
- billing fees
- adding/deleting/modifying new categories, location, billing transactions, users updation/deletion
- auto mailers, mass mailers
- Tool to upload mass data of jobseekers to upload them as per the registration fields.
- employer and jobseekers all types of controls
- New schemes integration
- Policies / Terms & conditions updation
- Managing, currencies, skills, languages, industries, sectors, Banner sections of website
- Emailers : - Bulk emailer, auto emailers, content emailers, registration emailers etc...
- Entire controls of the front end should be with the Admin panel
- Tool - To upload candidates
- Many more as required
SEO
- SEO is done properly for all the pages
- To ensure the entire SEO page ranking is done upto the requirement
- Ensure that the website ranks in the first 10 links of the job portal worldwide
