Create an application with ruby on rails that uses mahout for recommendations.
The application should allow users to "like" movies and based on their likes and dislikes, give suggestions to other movies they may like.
This rails application must be hosted on heroku.
Visual design for this project is not necessary.
The project must be completed in 1 week.
You must write a tutorial on how you set up the ec2 server with mahout.
