Need a fast turn around. Very clean & trendy Joomla CMS custom design & installation. Need a turn around time of 2 days.
The content will be supplied, most stock photos will be supplied but some can be used where you feel it will look good.
Looking for a design similar http://demo.rockettheme.com/?template=nebulae but with a more beach or tanning salon look. Main background photo will be supplied. Logo is beige, brown & tan. Colors for the design would be similar to the log adding teal blues & orange into the website design.
The budget is $ 75.00 unfortunately we went over budget with another design company who was unable to complete the project.

Please consider that the web site must be tested. I will pay 70% of the amount due when the template is installed on my server and the rest after a brief testing period.
I will be the only owner of the web design. The designer must not sell the graphics to others and he will give me full rights on the layout. I also need the .psd raw file in case I need to do some modifications later on.
