xml from 2 website needed

I need 2 xml feeds from
http://www.m88.com/Main/Sports/
and
http://www.12bet.com/index.aspx (click on sports then soccer and change to indo on the top right corner scrolling frame).
it doesnt matter how the feeds will be but we need all of them complete and there is a cron jobs that checking every 2-5 seconds ( we could customize this crontab latter, we just need to make sure the script work real fast without rechecking odds that not moved / changed).
i prefer to choose those who have done this before or real expert on xml scrapping.

Convert 1 XML feed & 2 RSS feeds into 1 RSS feed...

The solution must be hosted on our own servers and not require any third party to run. Also need to allow for easy updating / change of the ingoing feed URL's (clear instructions in html is fine, don't need fancy interface).
